Squiggly and Green

My friend Lisa liked a little wood sculpture she had and decided to commission the same guy to build her a table:

And I've been hard at play as usual:

Actually I've been working on that damned mechanical simulation code for years and may have just finally got it numerically stable enough to use. (Click on the thumbnail to play the animation.)
