Mock Spam

A conversation about fake emails* from apparent vegetarians in Maui* led me to thinking about the huge untapped market that is Mock Spam*.

I think the trick would be to mix pieces of soft and firm tofu, and some smaller odd-shaped chunks of very-firm wheat gluten. Maybe the occasional fragment of peanut shell. Perhaps a small pocket here or there with okra seeds (and accompanying slime). A little beat juice for color, to give it that nice pink glisten.
