The Watcher
Why would someone park in the middle of a residential
block and do this for a while and then leave? (Photo taken
through my binoculars through half-closed blinds from my
chair -- he's been looking this direction regularly, prior
to me pointing a camera his way. I doubt he can even see
in here except for motion.)
This happens once in a while -- someone parks right there, and
does that. Always someone different, though. But they always
look exceedingly seedy. They don't meet anyone else there, and
they never get out of their car -- just sit for a while, then
leave. What gives?
