Taking my House for a Drive

The weather has been rather spectacular the last couple of days. We've finally started closing up the windows because the wind is blowing the rain half way through the house. I still have some of the side windows open, and the pressure changes from the gusts are hurting my ears. I feel like I'm driving my house down the freeway on a gusty day with the windows open. The weather report says:

"TRADE WINDS WILL BE MOSTLY 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH."

Power (electric) was up and down all day today. I feel like I live on some remote tropical island or something.
