Re-balanced Diet; Into Intp

The trouble with Indian restaurants is they always give you way too much sauce and way too little protein. By the end of the meal, there's a bowl of rice, lots of sauce, and one or two chunks of meat or panir if any. This time there were enough chunks apparent that I decided to scoop it all home and sort it out later. It proved a good second meal the next day: Chicken Tika Masala, Kadai Lamb, Bhindi, Saag Panir, and some fresh green beans from the garden. But then I still had a good amount of all the sauces left over...

So today on a whim I threw some Costco shrimp and scallops in a pot of boiling salt water for a few minutes, tossed the Indian sauces in the microwave, combined, and voila! Scallop Tika Masala, Kadai Prawn, and Saag Prawn! (I did a little taste testing so see which sauces went best with which. The Scallop Tika Masala in particular was exceptional!) Good on the palate, wallet, and stopwatch.

Ran into another intp profile on the INTP mailing list. Only part way through reading it but it's off to a good start.
