More Stationary Windsurfing

Garrett* bought a larger windsurfing board and we took it out with my sails to give it a go. Definately easier since it doesn't have to go nearly as fast to actually stay afloat, but after a couple of successful launches from the beach that left us treading deep we were left wonderring how the heck we were supposed to get the sail out of the water to get back!

After a day of wrestling the board and sail around while treading water, we came home and made a Costco dinner of chicken, spinach, and a spiced rice, at a total cost of under $3 a plate.
