My obsession du jour is ahi poke'--raw chunks of
translucent ahi lightly
seasoned with scallions, garlic, shoyu and other spices...
Sally bought two pounds of it today with the intent of cooking
it but when she got it home we yelled sacrilege! and grabbed
our forks. Sally and Rick were dubious but one bite and they were
hooked. It's hard to argue with a million years of evolution.
