Time Capsule

1993 to 2000

A random snippet from a note I wrote my friend Lyle on 3/14/1992:

I asked a professor friend of mine for some suggestions on writing technical papers (I am writing one for Apple) and he basically said "Mask whatever you say in professional-sounding prose". Indubitably, the artifice he had so wittingly proponed would metagrobolize even the most perspicacious individual. Dissimulating actuality beneath a semblance of incogitable sagaciousness seems an unequivocal modus to impel the observer to venerate the adroit author as superior to his true afflicted existence.
